Holding a Space for Self-Care (repost from March 2018)

Writer: Michelle KennedyMichelle Kennedy

It's hard to take a moment for ourselves. When we're busy, we stuff our own needs, feelings, pain, and energetic clutter. When we don't express these things, they attract negativity and grow into something bigger and more hurtful to ourselves than if we had just taken a moment to stop, breathe and experience something. Life should be lived! Don't let the days fly by without stepping out and doing something fun or nurturing for yourself! Take the time and budget it for yourself with some Reiki or an art class or the gym. Figure out what's getting in your way and find your #Happy!
